New Crop Washed Sidama Coffee from Fero Cooperative on the way!

This week we roasted the last of the 2014-2015 harvest of washed Ethiopian coffee from the Schilcho Cooperative in the Sidama region. While we are sorry to say goodbye to this fantastic coffee, we are looking forward to the freshly harvested beans on their way right now!

We expect the new harvest Ethiopia to arrive at the roastery around the 20th of May. Until then we will not be offering washed medium roast Ethiopia as we usually do.

Så fik vi endelig lagt vores to nye dejlige kaffer på webshoppen.

Vores Peru fra Cajamarca regionen. Den er rund og fløjsblød med søde undertoner af bær og karamel. 

Og Natural Ethiopia fra Sidama regionen. Den har frugtig toner af bær med en blød sødme.

Vores skønne uvasket Etiopiske kaffe er på hylderne i risteriet.

Kaffen har en frugtig tone af røde bær med en blød og silkeagtig sødme.
